What it does

Your steps, at your times.

Three routines. Skin, hair and eye care each have their own screen. Add a step by name, choose the time, and choose daily or weekly. Each step gets its own reminder.

Quick-add suggestions. Tap a suggestion to start: sunscreen, hyaluronic acid or vitamin C for skin; scalp oiling or a hair mask for hair; lubricating drops, a warm compress, eye exercises or a screen-time break for eyes. Change the time to suit your day, or type a step of your own.

Today’s routine. Each routine shows how many of today’s steps you’ve done, so a missed evening step is easy to spot. Delete a step any time and its reminder goes with it.

Part of a bigger picture. These routines sit beside your medicine reminders, so one app holds the tablets and the sunscreen. See medicine reminders.

How it works

Three steps for each routine.

  1. 01

    Open a routine.

Choose Skin, Hair or Eye care under Reminders.

  2. 02

Add a step and a time.

Tap a suggestion or type your own, pick a time, and choose daily or weekly.

  3. 03

    Tick it off.

When the reminder comes, do the step and mark it done. Your day’s count updates.

Who it’s for

For people who forget the small daily things.

If you’ve ever remembered sunscreen only after stepping out, or realised it’s been a month since you oiled your hair, a reminder at the right time is enough. If you spend long hours at a screen, a regular break reminder helps.

Kinsu doesn’t say which products to use or how often. That’s for you and your dermatologist, trichologist or eye doctor.

Making it stick

Tie each step to something you already do.

A reminder works best when it lands on a moment that already exists: sunscreen right after you brush your teeth, eye drops with your morning chai, scalp oiling on the same evening each week. Set the time to match the habit, not the other way round.

Start with one or two steps per routine. A short routine you follow beats a long one you drop in a week, and you can add more later.

What it doesn’t do

The limits, plainly.

  • It doesn’t assess your skin, hair or eyes. There’s no scan, photo analysis or diagnosis. Kinsu only reminds you of steps you chose.
  • It doesn’t recommend products or treatments. The suggestions are examples of steps, not advice. Ask a doctor before starting any treatment or medicated product.
  • It doesn’t track hair fall or skin changes. There is no hair-loss or skin tracker. If you notice a change, see a doctor.
  • It isn’t a medical device.Persistent symptoms need a doctor, not a reminder.

Questions

Questions about care routines.

What do the skin, hair and eye care reminders do?

They remind you of routine steps you choose, such as sunscreen, scalp oiling, eye drops or a screen break, daily or weekly, and show how many of today’s steps you’ve done. They don’t assess your skin, hair or eyes, and they aren’t treatment.
